Refund Policy

Cancelled orders require a 72-hour notice from the scheduled delivery day for a full refund.

• Sunday delivery must be canceled by Wednesday at midnight.
• Wednesday delivery must be canceled by Sunday at midnight.

Orders cancelled 48 hours or less will not be eligible for a refund, as your order will have already been submitted to our kitchen team for fulfillment.

Subscription meal plans must be canceled before your payment is processed. If a subscription is not cancelled before the bank draft is processed, and you do not receive your order, you will receive a refund as store credit.
