What are the benefits of Fuller Nutri-Fuel
When will my meals be delivered?
For Sunday deliveries, the ordering cutoff is Wednesday at 11:59 PM. For Wednesdays, the ordering cutoff is Sunday at 11:59 PM.
Subscription Plans: After your first order, you'll start receiving your meals weekly on your selected delivery day until your plan is paused or cancelled within your account.
How can I view meals included within the Chef's Choice Menus?
We offer seasonal, internationally inspired menus that rotate weekly!
You can view our current menu without providing any personal information by clicking the "menu" tab at the top of the page.
While subscription plans include a variety of the meals displayed in our weekly menus, specific meal selections are not available at this time.
If you are looking for the ability to select exact meals and quantities, we offer a la carte ordering.
Are your meals delivered fresh or frozen?
Once you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge ASAP. Once in the fridge, your meals will stay fresh until the indicated expiration date on the package.
How many people does a meal feed?
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
While you can cancel at any time, canceling your subscription does not cancel existing orders that have already been sent to the kitchen for fulfillment. Because of this, please make sure to make any changes to your subscription plan by the cutoff days.
How much does Nutri-Fuel cost?
We offer our meals a la carte or as Chef's Choice weekly subscription plans. We offer 2 types of plans (Bulk and Lean) that differ in macro amounts and calories.
LEAN PLANS
- 15 meals: $14.75 per meal
- 10 meals: $15.00 per meal
- 7 meals: 15.50 per meal
- 5 meals: 16.50 per meal
BULK PLANS
- 15 meals: $17.00 per meal
- 10 meals: $17.00 per meal
- 7 meals: 18.00 per meal
- 5 meals: 19.00 per meal

PLEASE check their hours of operation and schedule your pickup during their classes or 15 minutes before or after their classes.
It is NOT Fuller Nutri-Fuel’s responsibility to coordinate or manage your pickup. We have no control over their hours once your order has been delivered.
When are the ordering deadlines?
If your order is placed outside of that time slot, unless otherwise discussed with a Fuller Nutri-Fuel team member, you will receive your order on the next delivery date.

How do I store my meals?
If you can't eat your meals by the expiration date, pop them in the freezer and reheat when you're ready. Meals will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Your order will arrive in an insulated reusable cooler bag and ice pack to keep it fresh until you can unpack.
To best ensure you place your meals in the fridge for optimal freshness, you will be sent an SMS text message on the day of your delivery that allows for status updates and live tracking of your order!
How do my meals arrive? How does the reusable cooler bag work?
There is a one-time fee of $25 for the cooler bag and ice pack, which is non-refundable.

Do you offer custom meal plans?
For a custom subscription plan, please send an email to fullernutrifuel@gmail.comwith your specific macros and how many meals per week you’d like to receive, and we will get back to you with your personal meal plan details.
Can I customize my meals?
At this time, we are unable to customize menus based on specific meal preferences, ingredients, or macronutrient needs.
However, we do offer a "Build your own meal" section to our menu that gives you the ability to customize and place your meal orders a la carte.
What if I am unhappy with my meals?

We do offer a variety of subscription plans containing balanced macros of lean protein, smart carbs, and vegetables that offer a convenient, nutrient-packed meal.
Do your meals support weight lifting?
We offer a variety of subscription plans with balanced macros featuring high-quality proteins, smart carbs, and generous portions of vegetables to help fuel an active lifestyle.
For more customization, our "Build Your Own Meal" option lets you choose your preferred protein, carb, and vegetable types and portions to better fit your needs.
How often does your menu change?
Our subscription plans also rotate on a seasonal and weekly schedule at quantities based on your selected plan.
